SHIPPING

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship across India — to all pin codes. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, we take 1–2 working days to process and pack it carefully. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched.

If there is any delay due to unforeseen reasons, we will let you know promptly.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your AWB (tracking) number and a live tracking link. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.


DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIMELINES

We dispatch with care, and our logistics partners work to deliver within 2–3 days for metro cities and 5–7 days for non-metro cities. In the rare event of a delay, your tracking details — sent to your registered email ID — will always keep you in the loop.

OTP-BASED DELIVERY

Our logistics partners use OTP-based delivery. A one-time password will be sent to your registered mobile number at the time of delivery to confirm receipt of your package.

Important: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required at the time of placing your order. Without this, OTP delivery will not be possible and your package may not be delivered.

Please ensure your registered number is active and reachable on the expected delivery date. If the OTP cannot be verified, the delivery may be unsuccessful and re-shipping charges will apply.

FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will try again. If the order is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will reach out to you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatched orders.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Shipping On all prepaid orders.

Standard Shipping A flat fee of [150] applies on orders below [7500]

Cash on Delivery (COD) An additional handling fee of [125] applies on all COD orders, over and above the standard shipping charge.

All applicable charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — no surprises.

In Case of Transit Damage

We take great care in packing every order. However, if your package arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept it — and contact us immediately at support@theaofficial.in

We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video as this helps us resolve the matter quickly on your behalf.
